Elec-trol, A Rotalec Company, is a company specifically organized to provide distribution of industrial control products and associated technical services. It is staffed and operated by a professional team of participating employees who share a common company vision and who are committed to the supply of state of the art technology and excellence in customer service.

The Company shall:

1. Grow at a rate dictated by the needs of our customers and suppliers and by available business opportunities. Such growth shall be consistent with profitable management and a premium level of customer service.

In partnership with our suppliers we shall provide continuing education to our customers in the application of emerging technologies to their manufacturing processes in the never-ending search for improvements to productivity and world competitiveness.
   
   Furthermore, building on our 25 years of experience and our intimate knowledge of product, we will offer our services as a technical partner to our customers in the implementation and installation of integrated solutions to their process needs, while accepting responsibility for our engineered solutions.
   
   
4. Provide a selected group of suppliers’ access to our defined market in industrial control products across Canada. Through the protection of mutually exclusive marketing relationships we shall provide in the level of customer service essential to successful promotion and support of state of the art technology and in so doing enhance the reputation of our suppliers.
